Our institution pays special attention to ensuring that all our visitors have an enjoyable and comfortable visit.

Our guests eligible for discounts

Entry is free for our guests with a valid disability document, which discount is also valid for +1 accompanying person.

The discount does not apply to our occasional programs and events.

The vast majority of our services are accessible to our visitors. We cannot provide wheelchair access to the castle tower.

For our visitors with limited mobility

The nearly 10-hectare area of ​​the castle park is conveniently accessible in wheelchairs on the walkways covered with crushed stone.

The upper floors of the castle can be reached by elevator, to use which, please contact our security guards.

A wheelchair-accessible toilet is located on the ground floor of the castle next to the ticket office.

For our hearing impaired visitors

During our exhibitions, numerous information boards help our guests navigate, providing detailed and understandable information about the sights in written form.

Please note that animals are not allowed inside the Festetics Castle building, with the exception of assistance dogs.
